By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by licensed insurance agents and their partners at the phone number and email address you provide, including via automated telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded messages, and text messages, even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a quote request. Providing false or misleading information may result in inaccurate quotes and is solely your responsibility.

5. No Guarantee of Coverage

Submitting a quote request does not guarantee that you will receive an insurance quote or be approved for any insurance product. All coverage decisions are made by the licensed insurance agents and carriers, not by IroncladQuote.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IroncladQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your interactions with insurance agents we connect you with.

Our website uses third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Supabase, and Resend. Your use of our website is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third parties.
